Its 1019hrs and already, I'm ready for the day to be over and done with.
I'm trying to do everything right today. Eat well, drink enough water, all that jazz to try and hopefully have a healthier start. Not that I was hoping to have a healthier start, anyway.
So lets start the Food Journal, shall we?
