Fitness update....ah, forget it.

So I'm kind of back where I started...again, on and off the fitness wagon.

The good ole' days when keeping myself accountable was to be able to post my daily workout on Facebook. I think it helped when I knew that at least 50 people would be aware that I was attempting to get fit.

But I've now got another goal to aim for.

I need to fit into a suit for the Big Sis's bar admission ceremony which is in October. So I have about...3 months to do something about it. Which is generous, really. And if I don't blow out too much with my diet, it should be all right. Right?

So as performed tonight...

1 Tabata session of jump rope
3 sets of 5 pull ups with resistance band
3 sets of running drills
All out sprint (2 lengths)
Side shuffles (2 lengths)
Backward running (2 lengths)
High knees (2 lengths)
Skips (2 lengths)
Bear crawls (8 lengths)

Today's weather seems like its getting warmer. And I think that its going to start raining soon. Man, I'm sweating like a pig recently. Crazy, huh?
