Stir.

I've been meaning to write lately. Of stories that have been churning in my gut for a little while. Although I'm not too sure if I really should encourage that creative aspect of me just yet. Especially when its regarding story-telling.

I once wrote on my blog that sometimes, there is that particular dark point that everyone has in their lives and that if they were to give in to it in any way, it would probably unleash a whole lot of hell for said person. Now, I'm not talking about anything criminal or dark dark in particular but the thing is, the stories I'm wanting to write, the ones that I'm itching to write (pardon the pun, for those who know me personally) tend to be a bit on the...uh. Dark side. I guess that's normal, really, isn't it? You see enough of those authors on the shelves nowadays. I'm thinking that another one of those authors isn't really a bad thing. And who knows? It might lead to something bigger. Not necessarily better but you get the idea.

I think a lot of it relates to the fact that in terms of stories, I would usually write stories pertaining to romance and bordering on the side of sappy and cheese. Lots of it. But this genre...now. That brings up a whole new different ball game.

For writers, sometimes, especially if you don't know what you're writing, it definitely makes things interesting. I know, I know. For a lot of writers, they're told to "write what you know." Yeah, of course. That would be the easy thing to do. But to write something that you DON'T know and then let creativity run wild...well. That would be interesting.

And I think part of me just wants to see how sick I can really be. Of course, knowing that I hate pets to the point of possible first degree murder just makes for an amazing story.

Meh. Work calls.
