Something is gonna happen

I can feel it in my bones

It lingers just beyond my reach

In melodramatic tones

 

Something will definitely happen

It goes without a doubt

I can feel the sudden quivering

As I head on my way out

 

Not sure what this feeling is

Not sure why its so

I have not thought that far ahead

But along with it, I'd go

 

My heart leaps with a little beat

I'm getting so excited

Whatever this feeling might be

But I'm also very frightened

 

I'm not quite sure what to expect

I don't know what I'll see

I don't know by the end of it

Whether I'll still be me

 

So something's gonna happen

I'm just gonna ride the flow

I'm scared, I'm jumpy, I'm excited
